Birthday and Snow Day

Where do I begin? First off our Christmas was GREAT! I did not put pictures up because it has been so long, or so it seems so long ago since Christmas. And since Christmas our baby has had a birthday. Paxton turned 2 on February 3. I still can't believe it has been 2 years since our little man made his entrance into the world on a beautiful, sunny, yet cold day. His due date was Feb. 6 but he came 3 days early; born on the day of the 2008 Super Bowl. Which of course made his dad even more proud and this had to be a sign from God that he would one day play professional football. RIGHT. So his dad thinks. What a perfect day to come when your father is possibly the biggest football fan around. Anyway we celebrated his 2nd birthday with a "Thomas the Train" party on the day of the big ice storm. We of course figured no one would show up. But, to our suprise it was a HIT! Paxton had a blast along with all of his little friends, big friends, and family. Then we had the big snow this past weekend. What fun that was. Paxton absolutely loved it! We played outside Friday night until almost 11 o'clock and then back at it Saturday with the four-wheeler and sled. So much fun! I don't know what he enjoyed most, sledding or eating the snow. He found the snow very tasty.
